Written Exercise - Psychometric Glossary
An assessment method where a candidate is asked to respond to a question or series of questions with a written response. The purpose of a written exercise is to ascertain the subject's ability to comprehend, use common sense, and communicate effectively, as well as sometimes their knowledge of the industry or company they are applying to.
