Stress Interview - Psychometric Glossary
A style of interview that is designed to see how well a candidate acts and reacts under pressure. Sometimes common in high-pressure industries (such as sales) the interview may involve treating the candidate rudely, putting them in an awkward situation, or interrupting / disagreeing with the candidate to see how they handle it.
