A type of abstract reasoning test which usually deals with mental rotation (e.g. If one turns a given picture of a 3-D object through 180 degrees horizontally, which of a given choice of images would it resemble?) Spatial Ability Tests are often employed in fields such as aircraft engineering and electrical engineering, where candidates need to work in 3-dimensions.
