Role Play - Psychometric Glossary
A type of simulation exercise that requires the candidate to assume a role, usually the role they are being considered for, and to act out a particular scenario in order to assess their skills and competency. Typical role play exercises can involve handling a client, performing a staff appraisal, or negotiating a contract.
