Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - Psychometric Glossary
This type of psychometric questionnaire is used to measure a subject's psychological preferences in relation to how they view the world. The test consists of a series of questions, for each question the subject chooses from one of two possible responses. The responses can be classified as four letters, grouped into the following dichotomies:
- Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
- Sensing (S) or Intuition (N)
- Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
- Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)
