Logical Reasoning Test - Psychometric Glossary
A psychometric test designed to measure a subject's logical reasoning aptitude. These tests can be structured as verbal, numerical, or diagrammatic, depending on the type of aptitude the employer wishes to test. For example, a lawyer's office may prefer to use a verbal-based test, while a numeric test would be used by an accountant's office. Diagrammatic logical reasoning tests are commonly used as a sift for graduates in the UK.
