Job Interview - Psychometric Glossary
Part of the job application process where a candidate for employment (the applicant) meets in person (or occasionally, over the phone) with representatives of the employer to help the employer determine if the applicant is a good fit for the job. Job interview formats vary, but most will include a review of the applicant's job history as well as a series of questions to help the employer get a feel for the candidate's skill level and abilities.
