Job Analysis - Psychometric Glossary
A formal and systematic study of a job’s duties and responsibilities; the aim being to determine the level of knowledge and skill required by an individual to perform the job effectively. After completing a job analysis the employer will have a better picture of the type of employee they are searching for, as well as the type of psychometric testing required to ascertain a potential employee’s aptitude for that position.
