Industrial Psychology or I/O Psychology - Psychometric Glossary
Industrial Psychology or I/O Psychology: Also known as industrial and organisational psychology, this involves the study of workplaces, organisations, and employees. The purpose of industrial psychology is to enhance an organisation’s chances of success by finding ways to improve the well-being and performance of its employees, usually by improving hiring methods or by implementing training and feedback systems.
