Group Exercise - Psychometric Glossary
A method of psychometric testing that assesses how the subject is able to work in a team environment. It involves tackling a particular problem or issue that requires a collective group decision. The test is a way to assess a person's ability to work as part of a team, while gauging their social skills, initiative, influence, emotional intelligence, and independence. Depending on the type of test, the subject may also be assessed for their planning, strategic thinking, and organising skills.
