Five Factor Model - Psychometric Glossary
A personality test based on the premise that there are five main personality traits (Referred to as the Big Five) and by measuring each of these traits one can gain a comprehensive idea of a person’s personality. The five traits that are measured are: extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience.
