Fact Finding Exercise - Psychometric Glossary
A technique used by assessment centres to measure a subject’s analytical skills and their awareness of situations. During a fact finding exercise, the subject will work with a professional assessor in a role-playing situation. The point of the exercise is to see whether the subject is able to discover information and use existing skills to problem solve effectively.
