Criterion-Referenced - Psychometric Glossary
An extraction of test results that is used to predict how the subject will perform on a task that is not directly addressed in the test, but rather has been shown to have a close correlation with the test. For example, a numerical reasoning test may be an accurate predictor of a person's analytical performance in an accountancy role.
