Common Interview Questions - Psychometric Glossary
Questions that are most commonly asked during job interviews, therefore they can be prepared for in advance. For example: Why do you want this job? What are your strengths/weaknesses? or Why do you think you would be a good fit for this job? In contrast, psychometric tests are difficult to prepare for and offer a more honest and conclusive picture of a potential employees abilities and aptitudes in certain areas.
