Chronological Interview - Psychometric Glossary
A type of interview where the interviewee is asked to discuss their life in chronological order, starting from school-age to present day (also called biographical interviewing). The interview also discusses particular life choices, as well as experiences so the employer can decide if the interviewee would be a suitable candidate for the job they are applying for.
