Aptitude Test - Psychometric Glossary
A standardised test used to measure a person's specific intellectual capabilities, i.e. to measure a person's ability to succeed at a certain task or skill. Essentially, an aptitude test measures whether someone could succeed at a task in the future, rather than testing previous knowledge.
